Job Overview: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the Arab Gulf States Region (Oman, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait)
Commercial focus:
- Conduct market research to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide decision-making.
- Visiting customers and prospects: promoting SGA business per the business’s strategy to achieve general and/or individual objectives.
- Existing customers: retain existing business and acquire new business opportunities, by analyzing customer portfolio and development projects.
- New customers: generate leads and acquire new business accounts, by building and following a prospection plan in close collaboration with Sales Direction. Identify potentials, create business relations, identify new opportunities, prepare offers in collaboration with the CSR Team, and close new deals.
- Negotiation requirements: according to the Corporate Policy, negotiating prices and pricing revision, invoicing and stock-invoicing conditions, storage and payment terms. This is done with approval from his supervisors and in complying/keeping with the defined sales and pricing policy.
- Defining the most accurate volume commitment and MOQ in accordance with prices.
- Ensuring participation to development costs are being charged to the customer unless otherwise agreed with Sales Direction.
- Perform the analysis of the forecast margins at the quotation and afterward.
- Analysis of sales of Standard, MDDS, and bespoke products each time said analysis is required (sales figures, forecasts, budget, landing).
- When applicable control distribution activity and the network of distributors and/or agents in the allocated sales area. Control means knowing where Saverglass products are sold and at what type of user prices, understanding who is the main distributor's final customers and their portfolio. Organize visits to the final customers with distributors (end market knowledge), train distributors on Saverglass products range &amp; sales methods. Make sure distributor actions are aligned with Saverglass's short and mid-term strategy
- Chasing customers for payment on due time until payment is received in case Finance is unable to get customers performing adequately, according to the procedure defined by Corporate Credit Control.
- Informing the customer about their credit line. Maintaining the outstanding customer credit level within the credit line assignment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualification: Any Degree
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager - APAC
Languages Known: Bilingual, English is essential, and Arabic would be an added advantage.
Proven experience in Business Development and sales growth in a regional role
Experience in developing relationships at multiple levels of an organization
Tertiary qualification in sales/marketing discipline
Desirable:
Previous experience in the Glass Manufacturing and/ or beverage and food industry. Wine, Spirits, and Non Alcoholic sectors example Water, Juice, etc advantageous.

Ability to sell technical &amp; added-value products and solutions
Must be able to achieve results with a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal ability to build value proposition with customers.
Essential that the individual is self-motivated and proactive in working in an autonomous environment to deliver results
Ability to influence and work with multiple departments across global regions to achieve outcomes for customers on time
Must be able to travel frequently within the assigned territories.
The role will require out-of-hours work to be able to work across multiple time zones.

Mission – Why the Role Exists

The Operational Price Manager plays a critical role in embedding pricing as a core capability and cultural DNA within the Saverglass commercial organization.

The mission of the role is to:
- Measure and monitor pricing performance across customers, segments, and deals.
- Enable and challenge the sales organization to defend price, protect value, and improve
price realization.
- Deploy pricing methodologies, tools, and capabilities in the field.
- Act as the bridge between central teams (commercial excellence, pricing..) and field
execution.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Pricing Performance Measurement &amp;amp; Insights
- Monitor price performance and produce dashboards.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
B. Sales Enablement &amp;amp; Price Defense
- Equip sales teams with negotiation support.
- Support adoption of commercial policy.
C. Pricing Transformation Deployment
- Deploy pricing methodologies and tools.
- Drive change management and training.
D. Governance, Process &amp;amp; Data Excellence
- Ensure correct execution of pricing rules.
- Improve pricing processes and data quality.

Network of Interactions:
Internal: Sales, Central Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, IT.
External: key customers as needed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications &amp;amp; Experience

Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering.

Experience: 4–7 years in pricing/commercial excellence.

Technical: Advanced Excel, BI tools, ERP/CPQ systems.

Behavioral: Strong stakeholder management, communication, resilience.

Success Indicators
- Improved price realization.
