Mission – Why the Role Exists

The Pricing Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the commercial organization by providing the data-driven insights necessary to embed pricing as a core capability. 

The mission of this role is to:
Support the business (operations and business units) by analyzing key data and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Drive data excellence // be domain data owner by acting as the domain expert for data acquisition, cleaning, and visualization
Key user for pricing/CPQ tool on data and analytics side
Key Responsibilities
A. Pricing Performance Measurement &amp;amp; Insights
Monitor price performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Standardize measurements across regions to ensure consistent price
performance tracking..
Contribute to define / develop pricing performance dashboards
B. Sales Enablement
Equip sales teams with data-driven negotiation support and insights to help defend price and protect value.
C. Pricing Tools &amp;amp; Technology
Develop BI dashboards
Contribute to Pilot new technologies and work with data scientists/BI experts to embed predictive insights into business dashboards.
D. Governance, Process &amp; Data Excellence
Improve data quality within global systems by triggering improvement
processes or deploying new data objects as relevant.

Qualifications &amp; Experience
Education: Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering.
Experience: 3–7 years of hands-on experience in pricing or commercial excellence, or business intelligence // data and analytics aspects

Technical Skills: Expert level: Advanced Excel, BI tool knowledge
o BI Tools: Proficiency in Qlik View preferred
o Systems: Experience with ERP/CPQ/CRM systems

Behavioral: Strong stakeholder management, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a changing environment.
Travel: N/A

Success Indicators
Improved price realization and optimization impact resulting from Action Plans.
Successful deployment and high adoption rates of pricing tools and dashboards.
Data Integrity: High levels of data quality and &amp;quot;Digital Acumen&amp;quot; across the organization.

vous devrez :
- respecter et faire respecter les règles et consignes de sécurité liées au poste de travail.
- assurer la préparation des outillages en lien avec le planning de production en optimisant les montages suivant les caractéristiques techniques des produits et de la ligne de production.
- assurer la remise en état et le réapprovisionnement des pièces nécessaires.
- réaliser des opérations d’usinage et d’ajustage permettant le bon fonctionnement des outillages.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- de formation mécanique générale avec des compétences en usinage et en mécanique générale.
- bonnes connaissances des machines industrielles, idéalement de sérigraphie et des process de parachèvement
- bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques Excel, Google Sheet.
- Bonnes capacités d'intégration.
- Prédisposition aux outils informatiques
- Etre force de proposition.
