The Sales Manager Central &amp; Southern Italy will be pivotal in driving growth in a rapidly expanding market, anticipated to achieve a 10% annual growth rate over the next five years. This role focuses primarily on the wine sector, with potential
expansion into spirits, overseeing a diverse client portfolio, from boutique wineries to key market players.

The proactive leader will develop new market opportunities, foster long-term relationships with existing customers, and contribute to strategic growth in the Italian market, contributing to the success of the Southern Europe team.

As main responsibilities, the Sales Manager leader will be accountable for :

Business Development &amp; Sales Management

- Prospect and establish new business accounts with a requirement of 50% travel.
- Enhance and expand existing accounts through strategic forecasting, order management, and new product development initiatives.

- Market and sell Saverglass’ premium wine and spirits bottles and decorative solutions.
- Assist clients in designing and developing custom bottles.

- Lead negotiations on pricing, supply agreements, and payment terms.

Strategic &amp; Operational Impact

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and devise effective sales strategies.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales Administration, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing.

- Produce detailed monthly reports on activities, market trends, project updates, and forecasts.

Industry Engagement

- Develop strong professional relationships within the wine and spirits industry, including suppliers, design agencies, and accessory vendors.

- Represent Saverglass at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations. (SIMEI – Vinitaly…)

Result demands

- The future collaborator for Italy will focus on increasing glass tonnage in the Italian market, aligned with plant capacities. The goal is to achieve a 10% annual growth rate over the next five years.

- This means achieve sales targets consistently by leveraging strategic insights and industry expertise, contributing to overall regional success and fostering sustainable growth in the Northern Italian market. Deliver
excellence in client satisfaction and maintain competitive advantage through innovation and proactive problem-solving.

Location and travel

- Mandatory Location: Based in the center of in the south of Italy, strategically positioned close to key customer decision-makers to
facilitate direct interaction and rapid response to market demands, close to an international airport.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 years minimum of relevant work experience in Business to Business sales, preferably related to packaging and/or Spirit and Wine sector.
- Working knowledge of the glass packaging or other dry goods supplies to the spirit and wine producers (corks, labels, cardboard boxes, capsules, bottles …)
- Proven track record in acquiring new customer active prospection.
- Experience in sales with a technical dimension: active role in development of new bottles &amp; decorations, interface with quality departments and technical services.
- Ability to analyze the market, identify new opportunities and implement sales strategies to develop the business (catch-up start-up opportunities)
- Sales experience with a foreign company is a plus (liaise remotely with different business culture and working practices).
- Experience in dealing with Agents and/or Distributors.
- Proven track record in the operational management of accounts (demand monitoring, forecasting, supply chain) and selling products in a premium market
- Italian native. Speaking French is a nice-to-have, English is a must.&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>2025-686 - Quality Assurance Coordinator H/F</title>

Reporting to the Finished Products Manager, the QA Coordinator will be responsible for the daily upkeep/administrative responsibilities for QA data points
via Shift testing sheets, audit sheets and various data entry duties. This is a  permanent part time position working on-site from 7:00am to 11:30am Monday to Friday.


Key Responsibilities:

Collection of shift testing sheets and collation of audit sheets
Cross-checking QA data and updating resort held reports, specification cards and packaging specification documentation
Filling out of Daily Quarantine summary and collection of review samples to distribute to Production leadership team within daily cut off times
Complete Data entry for Quarantine ware via Production Quality Register and Daily Quality summary
Run/update Production reports from predetermined periods as required
Filing of various sheets/reports in designated daily production files
Respond to/act on warehouse and sales email requests as necessary&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The successful applicants will:
Have extensive administrative experience, ideally in a QA/Manufacturing
environment
Have the ability to be able to communicate appropriately and effectively with stakeholders at various levels
Have high level organisational skills to navigate and correctly store large amounts of technical data
Display a high level of attention to detail 
Show to ability to work in a team as well as independently
Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
