This is a  permanent part time position working on-site from 7:00am to 11:30am Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Collection of shift testing sheets and collation of audit sheets Cross-checking QA data and updating resort held reports, specification cards and packaging specification documentation Filling out of Daily Quarantine summary and collection of review samples to distribute to Production leadership team within daily cut off times Complete Data entry for Quarantine ware via Production Quality Register and Daily Quality summary Run/update Production reports from predetermined periods as required Filing of various sheets/reports in designated daily production files Respond to/act on warehouse and sales email requests as necessary<br /><br /> The successful applicants will: Have extensive administrative experience, ideally in a QA/Manufacturing environment Have the ability to be able to communicate appropriately and effectively with stakeholders at various levels Have high level organisational skills to navigate and correctly store large amounts of technical data Display a high level of attention to detail  Show to ability to work in a team as well as independently Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel How to Apply: Please have the support of your People Leader and HR Manager prior to applying.
