Au sein de la Direction Qualité, l’alternant mènera les projets et les missions suivantes Préparation des évolutions de certification pour nouveaux référentiels : - ISO 9001 v2026- Qualité - ISO TS 22002-100 v 2025 + ISO TS 22002-4 v 2025 - Sécurité des Aliments - FSSC 22000 sur le site pilote - Sécurité des Aliments Finaliser l'étude Food Fraud initiée par les étudiants de Uni Lasalle fin 2025 Poursuivre le programme SMI 2026 pour adapter notre fonctionnement à notre nouvelle organisation

Formation : en formation bac +3-5 Profil : bonne capacité d’analyse et de raisonnement Connaissance Qualité Connaissance ISO est un plus l’anglais est un plus Proactivité Curiosité

The mission of this role is to: Support the business (operations and business units) by analyzing key data and providing actionable insights and recommendations. Drive data excellence // be domain data owner by acting as the domain expert for data acquisition, cleaning, and visualization Key user for pricing/CPQ tool on data and analytics side Key Responsibilities A. Pricing Performance Measurement & Insights Monitor price performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Standardize measurements across regions to ensure consistent price performance tracking.. Contribute to define / develop pricing performance dashboards B. Sales Enablement Equip sales teams with data-driven negotiation support and insights to help defend price and protect value. C. Pricing Tools & Technology Develop BI dashboards Contribute to Pilot new technologies and work with data scientists/BI experts to embed predictive insights into business dashboards. D. Governance, Process & Data Excellence Improve data quality within global systems by triggering improvement processes or deploying new data objects as relevant. Qualifications & Experience Education: Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering. Experience: 3–7 years of hands-on experience in pricing or commercial excellence, or business intelligence // data and analytics aspects Technical Skills: Expert level: Advanced Excel, BI tool knowledge o BI Tools: Proficiency in Qlik View preferred o Systems: Experience with ERP/CPQ/CRM systems Behavioral: Strong stakeholder management, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a changing environment. À la tête d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, votre objectif principal est d'optimiser la disponibilité des équipements de production. Management d'équipe : Vous encadrez, animez et développez les compétences d'un service composé de 5 techniciens et 6 électromécaniciens Pilotage opérationnel : Vous gérez les ressources, les outils et les budgets alloués pour assurer une maintenance préventive et curative optimale afin de minimiser les arrêts de production Sécurité et Conformité : Vous veillez à l’organisation rigoureuse des travaux et garantissez le respect des normes de sécurité et des contrôles réglementaires Gestion des prestataires : Vous assurez le suivi et la mise à jour des contrats de maintenance périodique, de location et des interventions réalisées par des entreprises extérieures Transversalité : Vous entretenez un relationnel fort avec l'ensemble des services techniques, de la production et des achats du groupe

PROFIL: Homme/femme de terrain doté(e) d'une solide culture de l'excellence opérationnelle, vous répondez au profil suivant : Formation : Niveau BTS (Bac+2) minimum en Électrotechnique, Maintenance Industrielle ou équivalent. Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience de plus de 10 ans sur un poste similaire en milieu industriel exigeant (une expérience en verrerie serait un atout majeur). Expertise technique : Compétences reconnues en Électricité, Instrumentation et Automatisme. Des connaissances en mécanique, fluides et entretien de bâtiments sont fortement appréciées. Soft Skills : Leadership reconnu, sens de l'organisation et savoir être irréprochable. Vous avez une sensibilité aigüe pour la sécurité (la vôtre, celle de vos équipes et des prestataires). Langues : Anglais niveau professionnel requis (échanges avec des partenaires ou documentation technique). Outils : La maîtrise du logiciel SAP est un plus apprécié.
